Juniors:  ACT Registration is open until February 16 for the April 9 test on campus.  The ACT test is a college readiness assessment and is accepted for admission by 4-year colleges in Minnesota and across the United States.  Use this link to sign up!

Juniors and Seniors: ASVAB testing is available on April 9.  See Lynnae Haines in the Success Center with questions.  This test is appropriate for students who are unsure of their plans after graduation, planning on attending a 2 year community or technical college, or entering the workforce. There is a college/career interest inventory segment on the ASVAB test that helps students with identifying potential career pathways. The ASVAB is most commonly known as a military entrance exam but these scores are not specifically released to the military unless the student chooses to do so. This test is free of charge.  If you would like to learn more about the ASVAB, feel free to access this link: https://www.asvabprogram.com/

Sophomores and Juniors:  RYLA is offering a summer experience for current Sophomores and Juniors to consider.  Have you heard about the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 5580 camp? It's not your typical leadership camp—it's an immersive, life-changing experience designed to empower our students and unleash their full leadership potential.   Zero Cost: Yes, you read that right! There's no cost for attending RYLA 5580. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of individual Rotary Clubs, all fees are covered, and necessary supplies are provided. It's an opportunity for our students to experience something incredible without any financial burden.  Check out the flier here.

BHS Art Show: We will be having an art show at the Gichi-ziibi on Monday, April 15.  To prepare for this, the Art Department is collecting artwork for the show.  The art show is open to any student grades 9-12.  Artwork can be 2D, 3D or digital and should be artwork that has been created in the past year.  Please submit 2D work to Mr. Wagner in D141 and 3D artwork can go to Mrs. Anderson (Pottery/Artist Books), or Mr. Jensen (Decoy/Pottery).  All artwork will be returned by late April/Early May.  Please see any art teacher if you have any questions

Lost and Found If you lose an item on campus, please check at Student Services to see if it has been turned in.
