Do you have a loaner Chromebook?  Reminder! Return Loaner Chromebooks by Thursday 12/21: Both assigned and loaner Chromebooks will be locked over break for any students who do not return loaner devices by end of day Thursday.

After School Reminder: All students are expected to be out of the building by 4:00 PM. Any students remaining in the building after 4:00 PM must be under the direct supervision of a coach, teacher, or staff member. Students are invited to come back to the building for events when the gates open at 5:30 PM. Students attending after school events are expected to be in the gym watching the event. Students will not be permitted to wander the halls or gather in the lounge area.

Holiday Grams LAST DAY: Interested in sending a fun message to a friend? Key Club will have a holiday gram table set up in the cafeteria open during A & B lunches from December 6-20. All proceeds go to Erika's Lighthouse Project.

Spanish Club: The Spanish Club December fiesta will be TODAY, December 20th, 3:30 - 5:00 pm in room A205.  We will celebrate a Spanish tradition with a wood log! Everyone is welcome!

Anime Club:  Due to Winter Break, there will be no anime club this week.  Our next meeting will not be until January 11th.  Please check the Anime Club Google Classroom or see Mr. Wagner for more details.

Careers Event:  Central Lakes College is hosting an Accounting, Business and Computer Technology Careers Event on 2/2/2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m. on the CLC Brainerd Campus. Lunch will be provided. This will be a great event to expose 9-12th grade students to careers in the Business, Accounting, and Computer Technology Fields. Click on the flyer link to learn more.

Seniors: 

1. Brainerd Public School Foundation scholarship application is NOW OPEN!! One general application puts you in the running for over 100 award offerings. Last year, BPSF awarded over $180K in scholarships! Deadline to apply is February 28th. Go to BPSF.org/scholarships for more information.

2. We are now accepting nominations for the prestigious Triple A Award. To be eligible for the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award a student must:

• be a high school senior at the time of nomination. Schools may nominate one senior boy and one senior girl for this award.

• have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of nomination.

• participate in at least one League-sponsored athletic program and one League-sponsored arts/activity program.

• comply with the MSHSL's Student Code of Conduct

• complete the application form and submit it to the administrative region secretary by the deadline date specified by the region committee.

Lost and Found UPDATED: If you lose an item on campus, please check at Student Services to see if it has been turned in.  Any items left during Winter Break will be donated to local organizations before the new year.
